About the Role

We are looking for CRM Managers within our newly formed (and growing.) CRM team.

  • be passionate about customers and data, and be a champion of personalisation

  • create email, direct mail and push marketing campaigns to engage and enrich our customer database

  • demonstrate ambition to increase Customer Lifetime Value by delivering personalised customer lifecycle journeys

You will be joining one of the most important areas of our business as we look to diversify and grow our revenue outside of our core retail brands. We are creating a startup environment where we will work at pace and work in a truly agile way with over £50m investment planned for 2022. Your Experience

You Need To Have The Following

  • CRM experience working on a high profile multi-channel consumer brand with a sizable customer database

  • Solid experience in designing, targeting and managing complex dynamic Email and DM campaigns, working with email service providers, data teams and fulfilment houses

  • Ability to balance between customer insights and commercial outcomes

  • Marketing Campaign Management expertise (inc Campaign Management)

What Else Could You Have

  • Financial Services or highly regulated organisation and digital marketing experience

  • Proficient using Salesforce

  • Attribution modelling

  • Executional level of personalisation / recommendations tools
