The team's mission is to establish a full funnel insight hub by building on global measurement capabilities and expansion playbooks while applying local understanding to drive business outcomes. We are seeking an analytical problem solver with a great curiosity about data, a keen eye for spotting trends and patterns, and an ability to understand the 'why?'

What you'll Do:
The international insight hub team will serve as a key resource in interpreting marketing channels, campaigns, customer, and media performance and provide full-funnel insights within the global centre of excellence team. You will start from one of these areas, depending on your experience.
Analyse complex business problems and issues using data and tools from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identify and evaluate trends, create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
Sync regional insights with the global team to drive alignment standard methodology, and efficiency
Work closely with various teams, such as setting up reporting and dashboard under unified measurement tools.
Work within the matrix organization to build full-funnel analytics capacities with a holistic view.
Your Experience
Proven experience in a marketing analytics role.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Econometrics, or similar field.
Ability to structure problems into data and analytics plans and output actionable insight and strategies.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing across website and owned media as well as search (natural & paid), social, display, and programmatic platforms.
Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analysing large data sets using SQL/Hive.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Looker and Data Studio.
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and experiences with modelling, such as marketing mix modelling and multi-touch attribution.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills.
Happy in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment. Be a self-starter who can work autonomously and establish relationships in a matrixed organization.
